Who We Are
Sabili Foundation is a Algerian humanitarian organization established in 2013, with the mission to provide sustainable support to underserved communities. "Sabili," meaning "My Path" in Arabic, reflects our commitment to being a guiding force for those in need. What began as a series of volunteer-driven missions to seven African countries has since grown into a structured charity organization with a primary focus on Tanzania, Uganda, Algeria, and Mali.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support communities in need and improve their living conditions by focusing on key areas like education, health, and relief. These areas are interconnected and crucial for sustainable development. We began with educational initiatives to create a conducive learning environment, expanding to build integrated centers that enhance knowledge and skills. We also incorporate local curricula with cultural and religious values and work on projects like building places of worship and water wells. The goal is to empower communities and build a better future for all.

Strategic Focus Areas
Our organization's focus areas include education, sustainable development, dawah, healthcare, and emergency relief. We build educational centers in remote areas, support teachers, and develop curricula to meet community needs. We invest in infrastructure and vocational training centers in underserved regions. In dawah, we build mosques, distribute Qur'ans, and offer educational materials to raise awareness. In healthcare, we provide medical services and rehabilitation programs. Our emergency relief efforts include supplying essential goods and rehabilitating hospitals and schools in affected areas.
Geographic Scope of Operations
Sabili Foundation currently operates in several regions, each with specific initiatives and priorities. In Algeria, the foundation focuses on seasonal campaigns, supporting education, and contributing to the institutional development of its partner organizations. In Africa, initiatives are directed toward Tanzania and Uganda in East Africa, and Mali in West Africa, with a focus on development, education, healthcare, and addressing essential humanitarian needs such as drilling wells. In Gaza, emergency relief efforts include providing food, water, shelter, solar energy solutions, and support programs for orphans and widows, among other initiatives.
Our Inspiration
Since we began our journey in Africa in 2013, We have met many inspiring organizations and individuals and have sought to benefit from their expertise and impact in their respective fields. However, what inspires us most are charities with exceptional professionalism and well organized programs. One such remarkable figure is Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sumait. His dedication and commitment to charitable work and serving Allah’s creations are profoundly inspiring. As the founder of Direct Aid Association, he led numerous projects that improved lives in over 30 African countries. We encourage everyone to read his books and watch videos about his life to learn more about this distinguished individual.
Our Duty to Palestine!
Sabili Foundation is deeply committed to providing urgent support to Palestinians suffering from the ongoing genocide perpetrated by Israel. We strive to alleviate their immense pain through humanitarian assistance, medical aid, and essential supplies. Our duty is to ensure that those affected by this brutal aggression receive the critical help they need to survive and rebuild their lives. We stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people, recognizing our religious and moral duty to act and provide aid during this time of great injustice and calamity.
